Regional NGOs initiated direction petition the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia
The Caucasian Centre of Peaceful Initiatives (CCPI) began action to support the Armenian citizen, Mamikon Khojayan, who crossed on January 28 the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, and was detained in the village of Alibeili in Tovuz region.
