Religious community is provided with  financial assistance

Baku / 22.09.16 / Turan: The State Committee for Work with Religious communities held a meeting with representatives of 10 religious communities, which  were allocated the financial assistance by the state. According to the information of the designated Office, the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee Sayad Salahli stressed concern about the state of believers and religious communities. According to him, the state regularly allocates funds to Islamic and non-Islamic religious communities. Representatives of religious communities were informed about the projects to be implemented.

On  November 27, 2014  President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree according to which the State Committee on work with religious communities provided financial assistance to 131 religious community. Of these, 19 are non-Islamic, and 112 - Islamic communities. Since  the state is annually allocating financial assistance to religious communities.-04d05--
