Revolt of the workers in the earthquake zone in Zagatala
In the village Danachi in Zagatala, workers beat the superintendent, who refused to pay their salaries. They were building houses on the site of buildings destroyed by an earthquake this year.
As the regional correspondent of Turan reported, the angry cheated workers began to demolish the houses built by them. So, they have destroyed dozens of houses built and the process continues.
All this caused the deterioration of the situation in the village; the population of the village gathered in the center and started a meeting, expressing their discontent.
Recall that in the quake zone about 3,000 houses were destroyed. The authorities allocated funds and promised to restore the housing before the winter, but so far they have done only a small part of the work, and hundreds of families are living in tents.
Danachi is one of the largest settlements of the district and is home to several thousand people. -05B-
