The community of Ashurbek Mosque in Icheri Sheher (ancient fortress of Baku) leaves the temple, their representative Faig Mustafa told Turan.
According to him, the community has been provided two cars to take the property away. However, it is not yet decided where to take it. It is also unknown when repairs in the mosque will begin.
"The management of the Historical-Architectural Reserve Icheri Sheher does not give us a guarantee that after the repair we will return here," said Mustafa.
The Ashurbek Mosque in the historical part of Baku is still known as Lezgi Mosque, whose representatives are the Salafi current of Islam. -06D--
