Serious personnel purge in the Main Police Office of Baku
The press service of the Ministry of Interior announced on December 15 a serious personnel changes in the Baku Central Police Department. This happened as a result of operational meeting held at the Ministry of Interior on checking the activity of the Baku Central Police Department.
"For the serious shortcomings in the work were dismissed: Head of Organizational Department Ali Hajiyev, Head of Human Resources Department Sabuhi Jafarov, head of the Drug Enforcement Department Musa Hajiyev and his deputy Movsum Gurbanov, Head of Secretariat Namig Aslanov, head of the Investigation Division Ayhan Bagirov and three of his employees, " reads the statement.
It is not reported what exactly were serious shortcomings in the work of these high-ranking officers.
Two months ago the head of the Central Police Department was appointed Mirgafar Seyidov, who before headed the Ministry of Interior Department to fight against organized criminality.-16D-
