Six Judges brought to disciplinary responsibility
Baku/18.09.19/Turan: On September 18, the Judicial Legal Counsel announced disciplinary punishment to six judges of the country. According to the report, the judges committed a gross violation of the law, created conditions for corruption, dealt with red tape and other negative phenomena.
So, the judge of the Barda Court Seyfali Seyfaliev was dismissed from office and transferred to another job. In relation to other judges, the decision was made to "examine the situation on the spot". The names of these judges and their violations have not been made public. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Justice Fikret Mammadov. -16D-
