A 20-year-old soldier, Farid Bakhshaliyev, was wounded by his colleague Balamirza Agababayev. The incident took place in one of the units of the Defense Ministry. The press office of the ministry confirmed the information, saying that the cause of the incident is being investigated. The wounded was hospitalized.
