Son of Fatulla Huseynov is charged with fraud
The businessman Adil Huseynov was charged under Article 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code (fraud with large size injury.) Currently, the Narimanov District Court of Baku considered the question of his pre-trial, the lawyer Kamandar Nasibov.
Huseynov was detained by the employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime.
The lawyer did not confirm the information that Huseynov is the head of the Dubai representative office of the International Bank of Azerbaijan.
According to the lawyer, Huseynov is charged with obtaining a large loan to one of the foreign companies in Dubai and did not return the money to the bank. Huseynov was the manager of this company.
Adil Huseynov is the son of well-known police officer Fatulla Huseynov, who held responsible positions in the Interior Ministry, and was killed in 2004 by the gangster group of Haji Mammadov. –06В-
