Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on the establishment of Mingechevir State University. The document states that educational institution will be established on the basis of Mingachevir Polytechnic Institute, which will be liquidated.
Material and technical base of the institute will be transferred to the balance of Mingechevir state University. -05D04-
