On 18 December the State Security Service (SSS) in cooperation with the State Customs Committee and State Border Service prevented contraband export of gold bullion and goods weighing 2,145 kg, according to the SSS report. The operation resulted in detain of five citizens of Azerbaijan - F.Allahverdiev, Mammadov, Rahimov, Huseynov, and E.Seidov. They were detained at the customs checkpoint Bilasuvar (border with Iran.)
