Term of Arrest of Elshan Mustafayev Extended
The Sabail court extended by 4 months the term of arrest of the former head of a sector of the Caucasus Muslims Office Elshan Mustafayev.
According to the lawyer Afghan Mammadov, the court's decision was based on the submission of the investigation.
Recall that Mustafayev was arrested by the Ministry of National Security on December 16, 2014. He was charged with treason (Article 274 of the Criminal Code).
According to unofficial data, we are talking about the alleged espionage in favor of Iran, but there is no confirmation of this yet. ---16D-
