Terrible Accident in Bilgah, Family Lost
A severe traffic accident occurred in the Bilgah settlement on August 2 at 20:30, as a result of which, according to preliminary data, a family of four was killed and several people were wounded.
According to the eyewitnesses, a car Range Rover with a license plate 90 KX 010 at high speed crashed into a Zaporozhets, which flew tens of meters from the impact and caught fire. From the force of the impact two children flew out of the car, while their father driving the car died in the burning vehicle and his wife was taken to hospital in a grave condition. According to unconfirmed reports, she died on the way.
The culprit of the accident also suffered serious head injuries, but was conscious. The Range Rover struck, flew and rolled over, severely damaging two oncoming cars.
Local gardeners stopped an auto water carrier and used its watering hose to put out the fire. They gave first aid to the victims.
It is noteworthy that two years ago, a similar accident occurred in the same place - right next to the President's summer residence on the ring road. Then, as now, a Gelandewagen crashed into a car returning from the beach. The Gelandewagen raced at speeds of 200 kilometers per hour from the recreation area Amburan.
The Gelandewagen rolled several times and burst into flames. The driver, a 17-year-old boy, was killed.
Note that in the specified area from Nardaran to Amburan owners of expensive cars constantly arrange motor races. The speed of 200 kilometers per hour and up is common, which seriously worries locals and creates a real threat to their lives. The traffic police department is high time to put things in order here. -02B-
