According to him, the trial will be open. The defense asks the court to acquit Ibragimov for justifiable reasons.
Giyas Ibrahimov and Bayram Mammadov wrote political slogans on the monument to Heydar Aliyev - "Down with the system!" and "With the holiday of slaves!" on May 10, 2016.
