The Burned Drug Center was a regime place
Baku / 02.03.18 / Turan: The Narcological Center burned down this morning in Baku was a specialized medical enterprise where patients were kept in closed mode. According to the informed medical worker, familiar with the situation, this Drug Center was built in 1985-86, and did not have normal conditions.
"There were drug addicts and alcoholics. The windows of the buildings, where the patients are located, have metal grills on the inside so that patients cannot escape. The doors of the rooms were also closed tightly for the same reasons.
The Center's patients were not severely restricted from communicating with relatives, and even it was forbidden to transfer products to exclude the possible transfer of drugs in them, "the source said.
He also noted that the center did not have violent patients who are sent to a similar center in the village of Mashtaga.
Another important point is that there must be a police station at the entrance to the Drug Center, the source said. -02B-
