On Friday the Court of Appeal of the city of Sumgayit chaired by Farmail Zeynalli left in custody the arrested activist of the D-18 Movement, Gadir Agakishiev, refused to grant his appeal. According to the deputy chairman of D-18 Samir Agayev, the court upheld the decision of the first instance on February 20 about the arrest of an activist for 30 days.
