On Friday the Court of Appeal of the city of Sumgayit chaired by Farmail Zeynalli left in custody the arrested activist of the D-18 Movement, Gadir Agakishiev, refused to grant his appeal. According to the deputy chairman of D-18 Samir Agayev, the court upheld the decision of the first instance on February 20 about the arrest of an activist for 30 days. The lawyer Fariz Namazly said there were no reason to arrest the activist, and the true reason for the persecution is the critical publication of the authorities in the social network.-03B-
