The court leaves the former MNS general in custody

During the trial, it was announced that the victim Mirzali Yusifov filed a civil suit against the accused, demanding compensation for material damage in the amount of 315 thousand US dollars (535,500 manats) and moral damage in the amount of 300 thousand manats.
Shirinov's lawyer petitioned to change the measure of restraint for his client and transfer him to house arrest. The state prosecutor, in turn, opposed and the court rejected the petition. The next court session is scheduled for October 7th.
Shirinov was charged under the Article 182.3.2 (extortion by threats, with aggravating circumstances), 193-1.3.2 (legalization of money or other property obtained by criminal means), 311.3.4 (aggravated bribery). During the investigation, he was under arrest.
Abdullaev, Tahirov and Nazirov are charged under Art. 341.2.3 (abuse of power). A subscription not to leave was taken from them.
The Ministry of National Security was liquidated back in 2015, but these persons were brought to justice in April of this year. —06D-
