The decline in the dynamics of coronavirus continues
Baku/23.09.21/Turan: Over the past day, 1178 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Azerbaijan, 2322 patients recovered, 24 died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said.
In total, 477,587 cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in the country since the beginning of the pandemic, including 444,053 people recovered, 6,394 have died, treatment of 27,140 active patients continues. Over the past day, 12,331 tests were carried out in the country.
Also, 62 588 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 per day: the first dose - 16 616, and the second - 46,072 people. The total number of vaccine doses used in Azerbaijan to date is 8,169,473.
As part of the first stage of vaccination, 4 668 637 people were vaccinated, the second stage - 3 500 836 people. — 06D-
