Baku/20.02.23/Turan: On February 20, the Baku Court of Appeal rejected the complaint against the decision of the Khatai court, which refused to change the preventive measure of arrest to house arrest for Bakhtiyar Hajiyev.
It should be noted that so far the court has rejected the activist's complaints four times about changing his measure of restraint to house arrest.
