The Court of Appeal considers the complaint of Arsen Bagdasaryan
Trial on the complaint of the Armenian soldier Arsen Bagdasaryan Ganja Court of Appeal on June 8. He was captivated on 26 December, 2014 while crossing front line near Aghdam. The appeal was filed by Baghdasaryan against earlier sentence on imprisonment for 15 years. He was found guilty under the twelve Articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan and on charges of planning terrorist attacks, sabotage and other crimes.
Arsen Bagdasaryan, born in 1994, was recognized as a members of the commando, sent to Azerbaijan. However, the Armenian side claims that he was a deserter, and at the time of his arrest he did not serve in the army. -03D-
