The film "Innocence of Muslims" has no relation to the freedom of expression

The participants of the conference, organized on Friday  in the International Press Center  to protect of freedom of conscience and religion (DEVAMM) protested against  the film "Innocence of Muslims."

The conference was called "an integral part" of the ongoing worldwide protests of Muslims. According to the head of DEVAMM, Ilgar Ibrahimoglu, this film is an insult not only to the Prophet, but to all Muslims.

"This is terror, bloodless  moral terror, touching feelings of billion people,"  he said. Insulting Islam and the Prophet of Muslims is due to the growing influence of the Islamic worldview. Such provocations come from concern about the absence population growth in Europe, the destruction of the  family institute  in the Old World, he said.

The insult  concerns the Azerbaijani people, professing the Muslim religion.

The participants of the conference  called on Christians and Jews to raise their voices in protest against the harassment of Muslims.
The panelists rejected attempts by a number of forces to present an anti-Islamic film, as a manifestation of freedom of expression. Insulting the Prophet is not compatible with freedom of expression, so the participants demanded to punish the creators  of the film.
