The finances allocated to 24 more religious communities
Baku / 10.07.17Turan: The State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations has allocated funding for the projects of 24 religious communities of the country. On this occasion, today the State Committee held an event. According to the deputy chairman of the State Committee Sayad Salahli, these projects are aimed at promoting the values of the Islamic religion, forming respectful attitude towards them, promoting interreligious and inter-confessional peace.
The financing of religious communities by the state began in 2015. To date, 767 religious communities have been registered in Azerbaijan.-05D-
