Baku/08.06.22/Turan: According to the country's Prosecutor General's Office, the former head of the military medical commission of the country's Defence Ministry, Colonel Azad Abdullayev, was arrested for fraud.
According to the report, the colonel was charged with giving a bribe and fraud (Articles 178.2.2, 178.2.3, 178.2.4 and 32.4, 312.2 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan).
The investigation has been completed and sent to the Baku Military Court. --02D--
