The incident on the flight Baku-London (UPDATED)

The flight by the airline Azal “London-Baku" on January 24 will be carried out with a delay of a day.

To service the flight to London was  sent a new group of flight attendants, told  spokesman of  AZAL Pasha Kesamanski. He said that all the passengers of the flight have been provided with hotel accommodation and meals by Azal. The case of flight  attendants detained by the police is  under the control of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Great Britain.

Quite a strange incident occurred  on January 24  on the flight Baku-London airline "Azerbaijan Airlines» (AZAL).

One of the passengers  used too much alcoholic beverages, and other flight passengers also witnessed it,  said the press service of CJSC "Azerbaijan Airlines". During the flight, he expressed "extreme displeasure  with the refusal of stewards to provide  his with additional portions of alcohol," says AZAL.

After the flight at Heathrow airport in London, the police received a complaint about the alleged misconduct of stewards in relation to a passenger.

Cabin Crew,  about whom there was a  complaint, had been detained by police Heathrow Airport to  clarify  all the circumstances. AZAL does not provide its own position on the incident.
