Law enforcement bodies of Beylagan district launched an investigation into the sexual acts committed by a group of persons against a minor Lala Mammadova (name and surname changed).
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, a criminal case was filed under Article 152.1 of the Criminal Code (entering into sexual relations with a person under the age of 16, or committing acts of a sexual nature.) Tural Karimov, born in 1996, and Kamil Gumbatov, born in 1997, were arrested as defendants. Forensic medical examinations have been conducted, and numerous witnesses have been questioned. The investigation continues.
