The journalist is interrogated in the prosecutor's office for the fourth day
Baku/10.07.18/Turan: The editor-in-chief of bastainfo.com and the head of the press service of the "Musavat" party Mustafa Hajibayli are being interrogated for the fourth day in the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan. The interrogations began on Monday and are repeated every day.
On 9 July, Hajibayli was told that he is a witness under the Article 313 (official forgery).
On the same day, the Prosecutor General's Office announced the initiation of a criminal investigation into the dissemination of "false information" and "illegal appeals" in some Internet resources in connection with an attempt on the head of Ganja, Elmar Valiyev. In this regard, the prosecutor's office appealed to the Ministry of Communications to block the websites "Bastainfo.com", "criminalaz.com", "topxeber.az" and "fia.az".
The editor-in-chief of "criminalaz.com", Anar Mammadov, was also brought in as a witness. The leaders of the other two sites have been warned. - 06B-
