The new head of the city police
IN accordance with the decree of the Minister of Internal Affairs, significant personnel changes have been made in the police system of Baku, informed sources in the police.
Thus, General Rafiq Abbasov, the city police chief was dismissed. He was transferred to the post of Chief of the Personnel Ministry of Internal Affairs.
General Mirgafar Seyidov, who still headed the Office for Combating Organized Crime in the Ministry of Interior, replaced him. Instead of him was appointed Musa Musayev, who was the police chief of Nasimi district of Baku. There are other appointments too.
