The prosecutor office investigates the accident in Nabran
A lawsuit has been filed due to an accident that occurred on July 21 with a child in the water park Nabran Holiday Village (200 km from Baku.)
A two-year-old baby, Imran Jafarzade, was sucked into the pump system while swimming in the pool, resulting in the child’s both feet off.
According to press service of the Prosecutor General Office, Khachmaz Regional Prosecutor Office conducted an investigation. It was revealed that Imran Jafarzade and his father were in the pool when the technical device (pump) was turned on. Because of the lack of protection grid, the child's feet were sucked into the pipe. As a result, the child suffered serious injuries, according to the press service of the Prosecutor General Office.
In fact, the Khachmaz Regional Prosecutor Office filed a lawsuit under the Article 162.1 (violation of safety rules) and Art. 314.2 (negligence).-06D-
