The streets of the capital, as a zone of sacrifice
In the days of Kurban Bayram the Baku streets were turned into places for keeping sheep and sacrifices.
This whole ceremony was held in the streets, in front of passers-by and children and under the windows of houses.
At the end of the day, the areas had the corresponding smell and blood stained on the pavement. Such unsanitary conditions attract stray dogs and cats, creating concern for the residents of the city.
However, neither the local authorities nor the public health and sanitation officials, not to mention the police, react to what is happening.
According to traders in sheep, as well as butchers, with the local authority they have reached informal agreement, and each street has its own unofficial "rate." -03B04-
