The term of administrative arrest of a public activist has been reduced by 10 days
Baku/27.10.23/Turan: Today, the Baku Court of Appeal (BCA) partially satisfied the complaint of public activist Emin Ahundov for administrative arrest.
The court of appeal reduced the term of arrest from 30 to 20 days, his father Khalid Akhundov told Turan.
The young man was summoned to the 5th police station of Binagadi district on October 14, where he was detained.
A protocol was drawn up for him under Articles 535.1 (disobeying the lawful requirements of the police) and 510 (petty hooliganism) The activist was arrested for 30 days by the Administrative Misconduct Code and a court decision.
Ahundov denied the accusations against his son, noting that he was detained for posts on social networks. ---06B21---
