The visit of entrepreneurs to the Presidential Administration ended with the arrest of one of them
Baku / 15.02.18 / Turan: The visit of the group of entrepreneurs to the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan with a complaint against the head of the Sumgayit executive power resulted in the arrest of one of them.
Today, a group of entrepreneurs from Sumgayit, who participated in the construction of the new seaside boulevard in this city in 2016-2017, once again visited the Presidential Administration in order to obtain the support of the supreme executive in their struggle to get the debt of the Sumgayit executive power.
Entrepreneurs claim that they to be paid 12 million manat for the project of building a seaside boulevard in Sumgayit. After completion of the construction works, the limited liability company Sumqayıt Bulvarı was created to manage the boulevard. Entrepreneurs demand the unpaid amount from the head of Sumgait Executive Power, Zakir Farajev.
The presidential administration redirected the complainants to the head of Sumgayit Executive Power, Zakir Farajev, who received them today , and promised to settle the problem. However, after the meeting, one of the entrepreneurs, Ruslan Allahverdiyev, was arrested by police, reports bakunews.az
The Sumgait police department told Turan agency that it has not information about the detention of Ruslan Allahverdiyev. After the incident, the entrepreneurs again sent a complaint to the Presidential Administration.
Earlier, on January 29, the press service of the Sumgait Executive Power told Turan that neither Zakir Farajov, the head of the Executive Power of Sumgayit, nor any other official representative of the Executive Power, was responsible for these debts. "The Executive Power of Sumgayit city is not a party to contracts or other agreements with persons who now demand debts from him, the person responsible for these debts was arrested on charges of misappropriation of funds," said Eyvaz Gojayev, spokesman for the Executive Power of the city of Sumgayit. -0--
