Theologian rejects accusations of treason
Theologian Jeyhun Jafarov accused of treason strongly denies the alleged offense to him, his lawyer Javad Javadov wrote about this on his page on facebook. Theologian teaching at the Islamic University, and led the program "Night Talks" on the TV channel "Space." He is a translator and editor of dozens of books, supervised translation center "Tekamul" who published one of the interpretations of the Koran "Al-Mizan." Jafarov also led delegations of Hajj pilgrims from the Office of Caucasus Muslims.
He was arrested in March this year after returning from Iran. On similar charges in December 2014 was arrested the other theologian Elshan Mustafaoglu, who was a member of the Board of Office of Caucasus Muslims. -05D-
