Three people detained while trying to enter Kelbajar
Baku/11.09.21/Turan: On September 9, officers of the Kelbajar district police department detained Natig Humbatov, Maarif Aftandil and Anar Ismayilov while trying to illegally enter the liberated territories.
They had a preventive conversation on the danger to life of a possible explosion on mines in the liberated territories.
Measures of administrative sanction and materials of referral for consideration to the district court were taken against these persons, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
Visits to the liberated territories are carried out with the permission of state authorities. —06D-
