Tofig Yagublu initiates a protest action demanding the opening of land borders
Baku/07.07.22/Turan: Tofik Yagublu, an activist of the Musavat party and the National Council of Democratic Forces, called for a project action in front of the Cabinet of Ministers on July 13 demanding opening the country's land borders. He had sent a corresponding notification to the Baku City Hall, Yagublu told Turan
“Closing the land borders of the country is illogical and absurd. The authorities give no explanation for this. All restrictions and bans due to the coronavirus pandemic have already been lifted, people are flying abroad by planes, so why are they keeping land borders closed?” he said.
People are forced to buy expensive air tickets, but not everyone can afford it, Yagbulu added. He intends to hold the action regardless of the consent of the Mayor's Office. --03B--

The court ordered the property be returned to its rightful owner, Samaya Aliyeva. However, the Ministry of Justice intervened, citing a presidential decree from July 1, 2004, which approved a state program for improving the living and working conditions of refugees.
