Tofik Yagublu sued the Prosecutor's Office
Baku/07.02.22/Turan: Tofig Yagublu, a public and political figure, member of the National Council of Democratic Forces, has sued the Sabail district prosecutor's office.
Yagublu asks to cancel a conclusion of the Sabail district prosecutor's office in Baku which stated that Yagublu had beaten himself, causing severe injuries.
The point is about injuries he suffered during his detention by police during an action in defense of political prisoner Saleh Rustamov. After he was detained, Yagublu was severely beaten several times, then taken outside the city and left on the road.
The lawsuit will be heard on February 10 by Sabail court judge Azer Tagiyev. -16D-
