Preparatory meeting in the case of six Azerbaijanis accused of participating in illegal armed groups in Syria took place today in the Baku Serious Crimes Court. They are: Tariel Mustafayev, Ruslan Mustafayev, Namig Mammadov, Elvin Aliyev, Tural Mustafayev, Farid Muradov.
A hearing on the merits is scheduled for March 30th.
On September 23, 2014 the Ministry of National Security reported on the detention of 26 citizens who participated in the illegal armed groups outside the country. Among them were also the people brought to trial.-16d-
