Two Iranian citizens detained while trying to smuggle drugs
Baku/27.12.23/Turan: Two Iranian citizens were detained while trying to smuggle drugs, the State Border Service of Azerbaijan reported.
Azerbaijani citizens Jamshidi Gulamrza Gachag oglu born in 1968 and Yusifzade Siyamek Samadulla oglu, born in 1988, were detained near the village of Khamoshan in the Astara region.
Upon personal inspection, they were found to have 8 kg. 75 grams of marijuana and 2 tablets of the highly potent psychotropic substance Metadon M – 40. Operational and investigative actions are continuing. –06B-
