War veterans are exempt from college and university tuition fees
Baku/27.07.23/Turan: Persons awarded the title of "War Veteran" for participating in combat operations in defense of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan will be exempt from tuition fees in secondary specialized educational institutions and higher educational institutions. The corresponding order was signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
Starting from the 2023/2024 academic year, the expenses for the education of war veterans will be financed from the state budget. They are exempt from tuition fees at both the bachelor's and master's degrees.
