What Problems of Citizens Could Be Decided by Head of the Presidential Protocol Service?
The official press published the schedule of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan to receive citizens in November 2013. In particular, they called the days of the month, on which citizens will be able to get an appointment with presidential aides, state advisors, department heads and the heads of other agencies of the Presidential Administration.
It is noteworthy that the conference with each officer is to be conducted only one day per month. However, the head of the Protocol Service of the President Elchin Baghirov will receive citizens as much as three days - on 8, 15 and 25 November. But it is not clear what the head of the Protocol Service will speak to the complainants about, as the activity of this officer is irrelevant to the everyday problems of citizens. -06D-
