By the order of the President, from September 1, 2013, the salaries of workers in scientific and research institutions financed from the state budget will be increased by 10%.
A separate decree by the head of state also increased by 10% the salary of employees of the following organizations financed from the state budget from September 1 on:

Center for Strategic Studies under the President;
AzerTAG News Agency;
Research Center "Azerbaijan National Encyclopedia";
Ataturk Center;
State Archives of Azerbaijan and their affiliates;
The working group of the Interdepartmental Commission for the Protection of State Secrets;
The Working Group of the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons;
The Working Group of the State Committee of Azerbaijan to combat drug addiction;
State Film Fund of the Ministry of Culture and its Nakhchivan branch;
Science Development Fund under the President of Azerbaijan;
Fund of State Support for Media;
Secretariat of the Council of State Support to NGOs;
