Bomb as a Remedy Against Allergies to Thomas Melia

The negative reaction of Azerbaijan authorities to international criticism is well known and not surprising. However, sophistication and the persistence with comrade Ilham Heydar every time confirm this is more amazing. He does it at least four times a year, at each of the quarterly economic meetings of the government.

"No one can order us, no one will be able to make pressure on us, all the regional projects are impossible without us," etc. In short, do not condemn us; otherwise we will break the international regional project. The logic is clear, but controversial.  The trouble is that despite such a great interest in Azerbaijan, its role and importance in geopolitics, the criticism does not stop, but rather enhanced. Nevertheless, this is the explanation, which is also made at least four times a year: the Armenian lobby, who is the worst enemy of the Azerbaijani state, which always blackens the government of Azerbaijan.

Recently, the Advisor of the Secretary of State, Thomas Melia, visited Baku and made many interesting statements. We remember after his visit in December last year, when he attended a presentation of the project Art for Democracy, he welcomed the struggle for democratic values.

This time, Mr. Melia was also clear and specific: we do not change oil for democracy, we don’t close our eyes to violations, and we condemn the closing of the Free Thought University. In addition, he made an ambiguous remark about the "red line."

This remark, said almost in passing, meant one thing: if you can ballot for the third time, it's your business, but we do not welcome it, and do not say we're preparing a color revolution.

Well, as I said above, we do not need such advice. And our friends and lobbyists in Washington are ready to minimize all these unpleasant conversations for a substantial fee.

Well, for now we have to show all these Democrats who's boss. They have brought Ilandag to Baku from Nakhchivan and blocked the road, let the people be happy and wait for two weeks, till May 10.

To show Mr. Melia that we are not afraid of his statements, we have toughened criminal penalties against so-called fighters for democracy. Now let Tofig Yagublu and Ilgar Mamedov say "thank you" to Melia for tougher criminal penalties against them…

I remember the loud voice of Gaddafi, screaming at the UN, and sending curses against the West, and as he put the tent in front of the Louvre demanding that the West pay attention to his whims, while his son drove a Ferrari around Paris and behaved like a hooligan in restaurants.
Who would have believed that six months after Paris, after celebrating Christmas with Gaddafi, would send a bomb on his head? Moreover, you see, allergies can be two-way, and someone in Baku should not forget this.

Vladimir Ilyich

P.S. By the way, osculation with Ahmadinejad does not cure the allergy.
