The writer accuses the Armenians of plagiarism
Chief editor of "Ulduz" magazine, a writer Elchin Huseynbeyli issued a statement in which he accused the Armenians in the appropriation of its intellectual property.
In his appeal to the State Agency for Copyrights, Huseynbeyli writes that Armenian filmmakers copied the plot of his works: "The sun shines in your face" in the film "If All" by presenting it as their idea.
The plot of the film is that the Armenian girl wants to plant a tree at the grave of her father in the territory under the control of Azerbaijan. But when she came to the tomb, she was captured. However, she manages to arrange planting of a tree.
The plot of Huseynbeyli’s book reads that seriously ill doctor, before his death, decided to visit his native village, occupied by Armenians, to plant a "peace tree" in his yard, and die near his father’s grave. The doctor said his intention on the Internet; but when he started his way he was captured. However, he managed to convince the Armenian officer, who allowed him to visit his father's grave, and die there.
The story "The sun shines in your face" was written in early 2010 and published in February of the same year in the "525-th paper." In summer 2010, a story was published in the journal "Friendship of Peoples" and posted on the website of the newspaper.
In February 2011, based on the story a short film "The Road" wads made, and sent in March 2012 to the film festival in the "Oberhausen". According to Huseynbeyli, the Armenians stole his story and falsified reality, claiming "Armenian territories occupied by Azerbaijan."
Huseynbeyli asks the Azerbaijani government and the Copyright Agency to raise the issue to the international film community, and the committee for the award of "Oscar", as the Armenian side brought the film for this prize.—05D06-

People seek to learn about past eras by conducting research on the internet, watching films, or being regular attendees of theatrical performances. Some periods in cultural history have not been deeply studied, and finding precise, detailed information in the Azerbaijani language is nearly impossible. One such period is the Qajar era, which lasted from 1794 to 1985.
