86 ready-made apartments purchased for war invalids and families of martyrs
Baku/14.12.22/Turan: On December 13, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population purchased from two business entities a total of 86 apartments ready for comfortable living and intended for war invalids and families of martyrs.
Note that 1-3 room apartments are located in Geygel, Salyan and Lankaran regions, as well as in the cities of Shirvan and Mingachevir.
The press service of the Ministry told Turan that the "Avanqard" housing and construction cooperative (TIN: 2300534761) will present 30 apartments to the Ministry. The cost of the contract concluded according to the results of the tender is 1 million 649.100 manats. Another contract provides for the purchase of 56 apartments from private entrepreneur Natig Huseyn oglu Alice (TIN: 0800049862) with a total cost of 3 million 291.100 manats.
Recall that all apartments are provided with a kitchen set. At the same time, 1 square meter of the area is issued under both contracts at a price of 750 manats, the press secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Population Fazil Talibov told Turan.
It should be added that the tender was held for the purchase of 206 apartments for the above category of persons. -08B-
