Authorized Capital of VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) Exceeded 50 Million Manat
Shares of JSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan ), totaling 13.23 million manat posted on Friday on BSE .
The issue 135 million ordinary registered non-documentary shares of AZN 0.2 was registered by the end of last month. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in two transactions (two investors ) . Underwriting was provided by LLC Brokdil-az.
At present, they've placed 100 % of the announced issue. Thus, the authorized capital of the bank exceeded 50.81 million manat.
JSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) is a subsidiary of VTB Bank. The shareholders of JSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) are: JSC VTB Bank and JSC AtaHolding. JSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) provides services to corporate businesses , small businesses and private clients.
