Azerbaijan adopts state anti-bribery standard
Baku/15.04.21/Turan: On May 1, the state standard AZS ISO 37001: 2021 "Anti-corruption management systems - Requirements along with instructions" comes into force in Azerbaijan.
This standard defines the requirements and guidelines for the creation, implementation, implementation, analysis and improvement of anti-bribery management systems. The document specifies the requirements and provides guidance for a management system to help an organization prevent, detect and respond to bribery, and act in accordance with anti-bribery laws and voluntary commitments that may be used in its activities.
The main goal of adopting a new management standard is to improve the quality of products and services produced by enterprises, optimize the resources used, increase efficiency and customer satisfaction, etc., consists of providing.
The draft state standard was developed by the Azerbaijan Institute for Standardization under the State Service for Antimonopoly Supervision and Control over the Consumer Market in order to unify the national system of standards in accordance with international requirements. --08D--

At the 11th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, member states signed a Digital Economy Partnership Agreement (DEPA) to promote cooperation in digital sectors.
