The site “Sfera.az” discusses the issue of “brain drain” from the country. Observations show that highly educated specialists leave for highly developed countries, where they get jobs in the world's leading scientific and industrial companies.

MP Tahir Mirkishili says many thought about the possibility of detaining these people in the country with high salaries. However, the analysis showed that for such people, a high salary, money is in last place, for them the definition of a goal, as well as respect, is of great importance.

The website “Yenisabah.az” discusses with the expert Natik Jafarli further relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. In his opinion, the presence of the Zangezur issue on the agenda is not territorial claims, but a means of political pressure. Azerbaijan is interested in peaceful coexistence with neighbors, the creation of economic and human relations, the opening of communication lines, and the restoration of logistic ties.

The expert also does not exclude that the issue of the status of Karabakh can be resolved, but it can be raised not only by official Yerevan, but by Moscow, Paris and Washington.

According to Jafarli, Moscow's desire for unity in the region is obvious: “If we organize our work correctly, we will be able to make excellent use of the conflict and disagreements between Moscow and the West. Not only us, but also the military are concerned that Russia wants to have a say in this matter,” the expert says. According to him, both Paris and Washington will help to withdraw Russian troops from Azerbaijan. As for the status of Karabakh, this issue will still be on the agenda.
