Azerbaijan revealed false advertising of shampoos and serums Bioxen
State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection (GSAPZPP - local abbreviation) at Ministry of Economic Development (MED) during the monitoring of advertising in broadcasting revealed the fact of unfair competition with illegal advertising methods of shampoos and serums Bioxen. The company TREKA-2009, which is an importer and seller of Bioxen in Azerbaijan, declined to comment on the results of monitoring of public service for Turan.
The message of MED indicates that the site www.bioxen.az of Ltd. TREKA-2009 with reference to the results of the tests reported that the use of shampoo and serum brand Bioxen results in the prevention of hair falling and sprouting of new hair. The study of civil service found that it is about the results of tests on men seeking hair treatment hair with this shampoo at least 3 times a week, and the serum twice a day for 9 months.
In GSAPZPP they believe that online Ltd. TREKA-2009 has hidden necessary information about the tests. They formed the view of positive results achieved by the use of only one of these products.
The case is prosecuted for violation of antitrust laws.
It is noteworthy that the country's TV every day provides knowingly false advertising, for example, of fruit juices. Consumers are advertised products with 100% content of fruit juices, while the case is of goods containing not more than 40-50% of nectar. In GSAPZPP they do not notice it. - 08D-
