Azerbaijani oil export via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan decreased by 4.5%
During 11 months, 2014 Azerbaijani oil transportation via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline totaled 26,045,242 tons, down 4.5% against the same period in 2013.
SOCAR press office reported that in November 2014 1,719,684 tons of oil was transported via BTC and since launching of the pipeline on June 4, 2006 till December 1, 2014 – 261,186,835 tons of oil.
In November 2014 620,436 tons of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan oil was also transported via BTC oil pipeline.
Reduction of Azerbaijani oil pumping via BTC pipeline was connected with gradual reduction of production on the offshore bloc Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli.—0—

According to official statistics from Azerbaijan, bilateral trade in 2023 reached 3.1 billion US dollars.
