Azstarnet installs additional servers
The local Internet service provider Azstarnet has expanded its coverage. Through the installation of additional servers and increase in the channel capacity, access to the global network is provided to subscribers of broadband Internet not only on the territory of several exchanges (492, 497 and 437) subordinated to the state-owned Azeurotel. Now similar services can be used in the ATC 456/556 (the settlement Bina).
The company has given subscribers the ability to connect to a broadband Internet technology ADSL. To connect to the Internet services of Azstarnet subscribers should contact the office or send an online-application to the company website (http://www.azstarnet.az), filling the form online-registration.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
