Capital Bank has issued bonds for AZN 60 million
Commercial Bank OJSC Capital Bank issued bonds for a total amount of 60 million manat.
As reported, the State Committee for Securities, the corresponding prospectus of 60 thousand non-certificate registered unsecured bonds, rated at AZN 1,000 was registered on December 30 last year. The accommodation will be closed.
The controlling shareholder of the bank privatized in 2008 is LLC Pasha Holding (99.8% of the equity). - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
