Clients of Insurance Companies More Demanding
The customers of insurance services have become more demanding of insurers.
According to a leading specialist for licensing, complaints and State Insurance Supervision Service of the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan Orkhan Bayramov, on the insurance Olympics, in the last six years, the number of financial claims of citizens has increased several times. "Since the beginning of this year in insurance supervision has received more than 300 complaints to the insurers. They concern not only the failure of the insurance payments and late payment. Many complaints are on the tariffs and other issues," he said.
In his view, the growing number of complaints should not be seen as an increasing amount of fraud on the part of companies, by contrast, every year the amount of compensation given short cut. Customers simply by educational projects were literate and more sensitive to their consumer rights. - 17D-
